By installing Silica Pro plugin, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. License Grant
1.1. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Silica Pro on the number of websites your license allows.
1.2. Split License: This license follows the industry-standard “Split License” model. The PHP components are subject to the GPLv3 license. All other elements, including but not limited to CSS, JavaScript, images, and branding assets, remain the sole property of the creator and are governed by this EULA.

2. Ownership
2.1. You may use this software, but you do not own the code or design. All rights are reserved by the creator.

3. Restrictions
3.1. You may not:
3.1.1. Redistribute or resell this plugin
3.1.2. Share your license key
3.1.3. Modify and distribute this plugin as your own

4. Updates & Support
4.1. This is a lifetime license. Support will be offered at the discretion of the creator.

5. Refunds
5.1. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase via the Freemius checkout if you are not satisfied with Silica Pro. After this period, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

6. Liability Disclaimer
6.1. This plugin is provided “as-is.” The creator is not liable for any damage it may cause to your site. All reasonable efforts have been made to ensure it is safe. Use at your own risk.

7. Termination
7.1. If you breach this license, your access to updates and support may be revoked.

8. Freemius EULA
8.1 In addition to this Silica Pro EULA, purchases and licensing made via the Freemius checkout are also subject to the Freemius End User License Agreement, available at https://freemius.com/product/20227/silica/legal/eula/. In the event of a direct conflict between this EULA and the Freemius EULA for such purchases, the Freemius EULA will prevail.
